Play Sekiro game well

Playing **Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice** well requires mastering several key skills and mechanics. Here are some strategies and tips to help improve your gameplay:

### 1. **Master Deflect Timing**

   - **Deflecting** is the most important mechanic. Instead of dodging or blocking, you need to perfectly time deflects by pressing the block button just before an enemy’s attack lands.

   - Practice the timing against different enemies, as some attacks are faster or slower than others.

   - The enemy's **Posture Meter** breaks faster when you deflect, making them vulnerable to a **Deathblow**.

### 2. **Study Enemy Patterns**

   - Each enemy has a specific attack pattern. Spend time observing these patterns to know when to deflect, dodge, or jump.

   - Some attacks, especially the **Perilous Attacks** (red Kanji symbol), can’t be blocked and require specific responses:

     - **Sweeping Attacks** should be jumped over.

     - **Thrusting Attacks** can be countered with the **Mikiri Counter** (unlocked skill).

     - **Grabs** should be dodged.

### 3. **Use Stealth to Your Advantage**

   - In Sekiro, stealth is crucial. Sneak up on enemies and perform **Stealth Deathblows** to eliminate them quickly without engaging in direct combat.

   - Use the environment to hide in bushes, on rooftops, or behind walls to avoid detection.

### 4. **Upgrade and Use Prosthetic Tools**

   - Your prosthetic tools are key to dealing with certain enemies. Experiment with different tools like the **Shuriken**, **Axe**, or **Firecracker** to see what works best against specific enemies.

   - Upgrade your tools by gathering materials from mini-bosses and exploring new areas. Combining prosthetic tools with your combat abilities can make boss fights much easier.

### 5. **Keep Posture High**

   - Just like your enemies, you also have a **Posture Meter**. If it breaks, you’re left vulnerable to attacks. To reduce posture damage, make sure to time your deflects well and use the block to recover posture when necessary.

   - Attacking enemies also helps you regain posture faster.

### 6. **Focus on Boss Weaknesses**

   - Bosses in Sekiro often have distinct weaknesses. For example, some are vulnerable to **fire**, others to certain prosthetic tools.

   - Focus on keeping your cool during boss fights, as they can be long battles of patience and timing. Stay aggressive but always be ready to deflect or dodge.

### 7. **Explore for Items and Upgrades**

   - Exploration is rewarding. You’ll find healing items, skill points, and materials for prosthetic upgrades. Collect **Prayer Beads** and **Gourd Seeds** to increase your vitality and healing capacity.

   - Don’t rush through areas; take your time to find hidden items and secret paths.

### 8. **Use Spirit Emblems Efficiently**

   - Spirit Emblems are used to activate prosthetic tools. They are limited, so use them wisely. Some tools, like **Firecrackers**, can be a game-changer in certain fights but can deplete your Spirit Emblems quickly.

### 9. **Train at the Sculptor’s Idol**

   - You can practice your combat skills with the **Undying Soldier** at the **Dilapidated Temple**. This is an excellent way to refine your deflecting, dodging, and attacking techniques.

### 10. **Don’t Give Up!**

   - Sekiro is a challenging game, and you’ll likely die a lot, especially when learning new bosses. Persistence is key, as the game rewards players who learn and adapt. Each death is a lesson.

With practice, timing, and strategy, you'll start feeling more comfortable and in control of the game's fast-paced combat system. Keep pushing forward, and don’t hesitate to revisit older areas to farm skill points or practice new techniques.
